Matt is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Perspec Partners. He advises biopharmaceutical companies across the full commercial lifecycle, including research, business development, commercialization, and franchise leadership.Over the past 20 years, he has led and managed more than 500 engagements spanning oncology, immunology & inflammation, ophthalmology, rare diseases, and dermatology.Matt’s expertise spans business development assessments, market access research and strategy, commercial opportunity assessments, franchise and brand strategy, and primary market research. He has worked in commercial planning at Bristol-Myers Squibb and began his consulting career at Campbell Alliance.

With nearly 30 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, Walter has built deep and diverse expertise spanning both consulting services and client-side roles, including business development, new product planning, corporate strategy, marketing, medical affairs, and executive leadership.

Walter works with clients to navigate their most critical value inflection points. His approach centers on helping companies “figure out who they want to be when they grow up,” by drawing from an extensive toolkit developed across oncology, immunology, rare disease, and other specialties.

He has worked on more than 200 projects spanning indication prioritization, commercialization strategy, and business development. He partners with small- to mid-cap companies at inflection points and emphasizes strategic clarity over cookie-cutter approaches, combining deep therapeutic area expertise with practical commercial insight to guide companies through complex decisions that shape their future trajectory.

Rob is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Perspec Partners. He combines a strong academic foundation in drug discovery with two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He supports life sciences clients across the full spectrum of commercial, market access, and business development strategy.

Rob has led or managed more than 500 commercial, market access, and business development strategy projects across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, ophthalmology, CNS, dermatology, immunology & inflammation (I&I), nephrology, and cash-pay consumer markets.

His expertise spans buy-/sell-side opportunity assessments, competitive strategy, payer and market access planning, franchise and brand strategy, and primary market research. Rob began his consulting career at Campbell Alliance and has since co-founded multiple boutique consultancies.

Michael is a co-founder of Perspec Partners and brings more than two decades of experience in the life sciences industry, specializing in commercial strategy and the monetization of innovative drugs, devices, and technologies. He is deeply versed in the challenges of translating scientific breakthroughs into market success, and his clients span biopharma, med-tech, and emerging platform companies.Michael has led or contributed to more than 300 strategic engagements covering market access, product planning, business development, competitive landscaping, and commercialization readiness across therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, rare disease, and regenerative medicine.His work includes go-to-market planning for cell- and gene-therapy platforms, payer value strategy for specialty pharmaceuticals, and commercial opportunity assessments for early-stage platform companies. Previously, Michael held senior consultancy roles and has been a trusted advisor to C-suite teams and boards in biotech.
